About the Department of Marketing & Supply Chain Management
The Department of Marketing & Supply Chain Management (MSCM) is part of Maastricht University School of Business and Economics (SBE) and is a vibrant international group of academics dedicated to high quality research and education with a strong drive for societal relevance.
MSCM proudly host a strong group in service research publishing in all major service research journals. The Department consists of > 70 staff. Around 50 professors (assistant, associate and full), lecturers and project managers. It also includes >20 PhD students, and a secretariat. MSCM is includes impact initiatives like BISCI, Maastricht Center for Robots, and DEXLAB.
